This applies to the Site and to all products and services offered by <strong>Le Officine Creative S.n.c.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lease<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The lease is intended as stipulated between <strong>Le Officine Creative S.n.c.<\/strong> and the customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Booking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Booking requests can be made by e-mail, by telephone or through the instant booking on the site.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of immediate booking through the site, immediate payment of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm the booking and block the apartment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of cancellation of the reservation made, the following provisions are applied:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>30-day rate<\/strong><br \/>\nFree cancellation 30 days with 30% prepayment<br \/>\nYou can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.<br \/>\nIf you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival you will be charged 100% of the total cost.<br \/>\nIn case of no-show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexible rate<\/strong><br \/>\nFree cancellation 1 day with 30% prepayment<br \/>\nYou can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival.<br \/>\nIf you cancel up to 1 day before arrival you will be charged 100% of the total cost.<br \/>\nIn case of no-show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weekly rate 30g<\/strong><br \/>\nFree cancellation 30 days with 30% prepayment<br \/>\nYou may cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.<br \/>\nIf you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival you will be charged 100% of the total cost.<br \/>\nIn case of no-show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.<\/li>\n<li><strong>7-day rate<\/strong><br \/>\nFree cancellation 7 days with 30% prepayment<br \/>\nYou may cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.<br \/>\nIf you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival you will be charged 100% of the total cost.<br \/>\nIn case of no-show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Check-in and check-out hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Touchless self check-in 24\/7;<\/li>\n<li>Touchless self check-out 24\/7;<\/li>\n<li>Check-in after 3 pm;<\/li>\n<li>Check-out before 10 am.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Attendance reception and registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival, the customer is required to present a valid ID for registration obligations as required by law. <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"3\" data-number-of-phrases=\"4\">The customer agrees to follow the instructions received during check-in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Security deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">Although a security deposit is not required, any damage to the apartment, furniture, equipment or building caused by the customer during the stay must be compensated.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Guests<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The number of people allowed in the apartment rented must not exceed the maximum number established through the booking and in the description of the apartment as it appears on the site or in other advertising material.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed inside the apartments unless specifically consented.<\/li>\n<li>Subletting of the rented apartment is not allowed.<\/li>\n<li>In the apartment is not allowed to bring people whose passport or valid ID has not been registered or without the specific consent of the owner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case the customer does not respect any of the points contained in this section, <strong>Le Officine Creative S.n.c.<\/strong> will ask the customer to leave the apartment immediately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Safe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The apartments are NOT equipped with a safe. <strong>Le Officine Creative S.n.c.<\/strong> is not responsible for the loss of cash, documents, valuables left in the apartment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cleaning and Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The apartments are delivered clean and in perfect order. Standard cleaning does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette and the removal of garbage, which are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Behavior<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The person making the booking is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all guests who will use the apartment. If one or more guests behave in an unacceptable manner, <strong>Le Officine Creative S.n.c.<\/strong> will ask to leave the apartment immediately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each apartment has been visited and checked by the owner. The descriptions contained in the web pages are correct and written in good faith. In case of problems, the customer is asked to immediately contact the owner or its representative. The customer agrees to grant the owner the time necessary to solve any problem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For any dispute regarding the booking and the lease, the place of jurisdiction is Savona. The applicable law is the Italian one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Privacy policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With reference to art. 13 of law 196\/03, we remind you that the data collected have the sole purpose of being able to satisfy the requested service. This information may only be disclosed to the staff responsible for this activity and wspreaded exclusively within the scope of the service rendered. The information may also be processed electronically in accordance with the laws in force, and promotional information material may be sent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General notes <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of the terms &amp; conditions implies their acceptance without reservations or exceptions.
